Repeat Prescriptions

We operate a policy of accepting prescription request forms by written request and via our Pippo app. We also offer paper forms available for collection at reception.
This policy is strictly adhered to and our admin staff members are not permitted to accept verbal requests for medication.

Please be aware that your prescription request may be subject to rejection if it is determined that you need to attend a consultation with the doctor. This is to ensure your treatment remains safe and appropriate for you current health needs. If this applies to your request, our team will contact you.​

Prescriptions take 48 hours turnaround time.

Please follow up with your chosen pharmacy to ensure they have received this after 48 hours.

Medical Card Holders / An Post / Garda Scheme(Garda form needs to be completed) - No Charge.

Please note:

If you are on our CDM (Chronic Disease Manaegment) programme you require a review with our nurse every 6 months. If you are on our PP (Prevention Programme) you require a review every 12 months.

Please note - If you are on our CDM programme you should book for your review first and then you will be issued with a 6 month prescription after your review. Or 12 months if you are on our PP programme.

Please request your prescription 1 week AFTER your CDM or PP check.
